So much goodness here I believe this is my 5th visit. As it's quite popular, consider making g a reservation. This time I tied the Korean rice noodles, it was very good. The broth splatters easily so be sure to wear a napkin if you're clumsy like me. The cookie desert with ice cream was wonderful. I'd give it a 4.5 stars, the prices are a bit steep vs comparable restaurants but I do understand it's due to the quality of ingredients

We had such a great experience at True Food Kitchen in Tucson, and a big part of that was thanks to Zeus, the bartender. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and friendly from the moment we sat down. His service made us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. The food was just as impressive fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The kale salad paired with the salmon was a standout combo: light, healthy, and delicious. And don’t even get us started on the watermelon lemonade, so refreshing and perfectly balanced, it hit the spot on a warm Tucson day. We’re so happy to have places like this in Tucson. Thank you, Zeus, for making our visit memorable. We’ll be back!

We have been here twice. The first time we had fast, excellent service and the poke bowl was absolutely outstanding! Today we were seated as we walked in the door. After about 10 minutes I asked someone if we could get service A server showed up pretty quickly. I ordered the pole bowl again and we proceeded to wait again. Quite a while about 20 minutes. The poke bowl was still amazing Not sure what happened but might have been a fluke at the slow service I’ll be back again and I highly recommend. The food here is on an entirely different level of freshness and sustainability combined with Creativity and wonderful flavors!

We would go back as we are gluten and seed oil free and options are limited in town, but were a bit disappointed. No hostess at the stand when we arrived. We had a reservation and were sat at a tiny two top despite their being four booths available that were never sat during the entire duration that we dined and we were there until close. A big bug flew into my hair while at the table. Fortunately my husband noticed and got it out. Things happen, it was just strange as we were nowhere near the door. The staff seems very green. The kitchen doesn’t close until 10 and we arrived just after 8 and felt rather rushed through the whole experience. We tried the crispy chicken on a salad to begin and it came out black and so dry. Our server never came back to check how we liked our appetizers and we were so hungry so we just ate it. The watermelon salad was SO well done. Flavors and textures all complemented each other so nicely. That being said, the menu mentioned avocado mousse and I didn’t notice it in the dish. The lasagna and blackened grilled salmon were excellent as well. Everything was fresh and vibrant. Great flavors and vision with regard to the menu. Our first round of cocktails were great and then it seemed like the bartender was kind of over it. We had the smoke show old fashioned for our second round and were both unimpressed. So sweet and no garnish. As a craft bartender myself I would expect far more out of an almost $20 cocktail. The vibe very much felt like they were pretty slow for a Saturday night and just wanted to get out of there. I always enjoyed True Food in Phoenix and Orange County so I will give the place another chance. Just providing some honest feedback and room for improvement.

The food was amazing. We got the pizza and the chicken sandwich. 10/10 Our waitress (Chanel) was so sweet and on top of anything we asked for. She did an amazing job,and we would go back just to see her again.

Celebrated my birthday this year with family at True Food Kitchen and we had an exceptional time…the food was excellent and the service was great! Fresh ingredients and creative combinations make for a quality menu that exceeds your normal pub and grub experience! The weather was great so we dined Al Fresca and our amazing server Zeus made sure we never wanted for anything and even took the time to snap a family photo for us!
